The McClain County 9-1-1 policy requires a road to be given a name if there are three or more residences, businesses, or industries accessing the same road, regardless of the length. If you are wanting to name a road please review our policy above. You can also review all current street names here: RoadMasterList.pdf. All new public roads must be approved of by the McClain County Commissioners before addressing can begin.

Roads that are not part of an official plat may be subject to naming by the McClain County 911 Trust Authority Coordinator. All roads within a plat must fist be approved of by the McClain County 911 Trust Authority Coordinator. If you have any questions, please contact our office.

To apply for a road name change, you must fill out a road renaming application and submit it to our office. Once the newly named road is approved, our office will get in contact with you regarding your new address(es).
